Glue Society create a fountain installation on London’s South Bank to promote Channel 4’s new drama series, Dirty Business.
The 10-metre-wide fountain was open to the public and designed to draw attention to the devastating human cost of Britain’s sewage scandal.
The spewing statues are based on real people whose lives have been negatively impacted by the pollution of Britain’s water ways, including ex-national surfing champion Sophie Hellyer and outdoor swimming journalist and guide Ella Foote.
‘Fountain of Filth’ was open to the public at Observation Point for three days in February to coincide with the show’s run.
